Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Present tailored travel solutions to prospective clients.
- Respond to inquiries, follow up with prospects, and nurture customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Work with the marketing team on promotional campaigns that increase customer interest and sales.
- Track travel industry trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Plan and execute sales activities to meet individual and team targets.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to share progress and insights with management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma and proven sales experience; travel or related industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant sales software, particularly CRM systems.
