IT Security Engineer – Data Engineering

Tasks

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions.
• Build and optimize data workflows for operational and analytical systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and development teams.
• Ensure data quality, integration, transformation, and governance.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Identify technical challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ Years
• Work Authorization: GC and US Citizens Only
• 8+ years of Data Engineering / Software Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and UNIX.
• Experience with Hadoop, Hive, Spark, PySpark, and Cloudera.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, HBase, and Elasticsearch.
• Cybersecurity experience, preferably vulnerability data management.
• Experience with Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
