IT Service Desk Technician I

Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, remote, and onsite.
Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, mobile devices, and network issues.
Manage tickets, documentation, and knowledge base updates.
Support Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, RMM, and endpoint devices.
Deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
Escalate complex issues to the Engineering team.
Respond to urgent IT support requests.
Requirements:
IT-related Associate's degree, IT certification, or 1+ year technical experience.
Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops/laptops.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Familiarity with system imaging, backups, and mobile devices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
