IT Support Consultant Must Know German Language

Job Description:We are seeking an IT Support Consultant with 2–3 years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience to provide end-user support, system administration, and IT infrastructure maintenance and MUST be able to speak in German Language. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, networking, endpoint management, and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities:Provide end-user technical support and resolve IT incidentsAdminister Active Directory users and permissionsInstall, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systemsSupport servers, networks, endpoints, and security updatesManage Intune/ManageEngine endpoint deployment and provisioningPerform backups, disaster recovery, patching, and system upgradesSupport FileMaker databases and IT infrastructure projectsMaintain IT documentation, inventory, and vendor coordinationDeliver employee IT training and ensure timely ticket resolution
