IT Support Technician

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues. Monitor systems for performance and security, implementing updates or changes as necessary. Perform regular backups and recovery procedures to protect sensitive data. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines. Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, collaborating with team members to achieve desired outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical support services. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong skills in installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems. Proficiency in networking concepts, backup, and recovery strategies. Experience with diagnostics tools and methodologies. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role is preferred.
