Job description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. You will help maintain IT infrastructure and provide reliable technical support to internal teams, contributing to smooth technology operations and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues and provide technical support to end users.
- Monitor system performance and security, applying updates and changes as needed.
- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
