Key Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products and services. Utilize CRM tools to manage and track interactions, ensuring an organized and efficient sales pipeline. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions to successfully close sales deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to consistently achieve targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. Experience in customer service and sales within a competitive environment. Our team structure comprises collaborative cross-functional teams, with daily interaction between sales, marketing, and product development. You will report directly to the Sales Manager, ensuring seamless communication to achieve shared objectives. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of ₹45,000 per month and exciting growth opportunities within the company.
