Job Description: Dev Technosys is seeking a skilled ITOM Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure using industry-standard tools and practices. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that enhance system performance, automate processes, and ensure smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage IT Operations Management Services across the IT infrastructure and services. Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT systems to ensure high availability and reliability. Automate workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues. Maintain documentation of ITOM processes, workflows, and configurations. Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends in IT operations. Support audits, compliance, and security initiatives related to IT infrastructure. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an ITOM expert or IT operations specialist. Strong knowledge of ITOM tools, monitoring systems, and automation frameworks. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, BMC, or other ITOM platforms. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: ITOM certifications or relevant technical certifications. Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid IT environments.
