JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
HOUSTON, TX
STARTING AT $19.00/ HOUR | FULL-TIME

RedCap Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Janitorial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial cleaning accounts throughout the Houston area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and delegate to junior staff and daily work schedules
• Create and manage employee schedules and assign coverage for multiple accounts
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety
• Assign daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching on performance and quality
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning machines
• Enforce company policies and safety
• Coordinate inspections, reports, and documentation
• Resolve customer complaints and issues

REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience as a janitorial supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Experience managing multiple commercial cleaning accounts
• Experience scheduling employees and coordinating staffing
• Familiarity with the Houston area
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and commercial janitorial cleaning procedures
