Japanese Customer Success

Salary: Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Will follow APAC (Asia-Pacific) Time
Work Setup: Hybrid (4x onsite per month)
Holidays: Japan Holiday

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Data management and reporting activities
Monitor databases to identify which Japanese client contracts are set to expire
Support the team in renewals of contracts for existing clients
Handle administrative onboarding of new clients
Conduct interactions between company clients and vendors
Maintain the corporate clients' data to ensure the status of every Japanese contract is updated in real time.

Open to both Filipino and Japanese nationals.
Open to Japanese fluency levels (N1 and N2 passers or non-passers)
Proficient in speaking Japanese and English
Must be at least at a business level of Japanese
College undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to plan, strategize, and prioritize workload
