Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage daily operations: service, kitchen, cashier, inventory, hygiene, guest areas.
• Maintain Japanese service standards (welcoming, consulting, ordering, customer care).
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees on service, communication, Japanese culture.
• Plan staffing, shifts, and analyze revenue and costs.
REQUIREMENTS
• College/Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality/Tourism (preferred).
• Japanese N3+ or good English conversational skills.
• At least 3 years' experience: RM experience, premium/Japanese style preferred.
• Strong skills in people management, stock control, revenue and service quality.
