About the role
An NAM Corp - Vic Làm TOP is hiring a Japanese Restaurant Manager in Ho Chi Minh City. The role involves managing daily restaurant operations and maintaining Japanese service standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily service, kitchen, cashier, inventory, hygiene, and guest areas.
- Maintain Japanese service standards for welcoming guests, consulting, ordering, and customer care.
- Train, coach, and evaluate employees on service, communication, and Japanese culture.
- Plan staffing and shifts, and analyze revenue and costs.
Requirements
- A college or bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
- Japanese N3 or higher, or good conversational English skills.
- At least 3 years of experience; restaurant manager experience and premium or Japanese-style experience are preferred.
- Strong people management, stock control, revenue, and service quality skills.
