ClassBoxes Technologies is hiring a full-time Java Developer in Texas City, Texas. This on-site role offers annual compensation of $60,000–$100,000. You’ll develop and maintain Java applications and services, build RESTful APIs, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve Java-based applications and services.
• Use the Spring Framework to build and enhance application functionality.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs for high-performance service integration.
• Write clean, scalable, efficient code and follow software development best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to define, design, and ship features.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software for performance and reliability.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with the Spring Framework.
• Familiarity with developing and using RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• At least two years of relevant software development experience preferred.
