Job description
About the role
Reach-Inc provides individualized work opportunities and prevocational training for each participant. Programs are designed to help individuals get more from life through better communication, developing more independence, participating in a program, and community support.
Community supportive employment services assist individuals with disabilities in achieving personal employment goals. A quiet, relaxing, low-stimulus environment is available for 10 adults with disabilities, with structured activities and different group sizes and staff ratios.
Responsibilities
- Provide job development and employment services.
- Provide job coach services.
- Support educational opportunities, social skills development, emotional coping skills, and adult daily living skills through structured activities.
- Offer large and small group activities and one-on-one activities.
