Job Site Supervisor

Join our team as a Job Site Supervisor.

What You’ll Do:
• Supervise active jobsites and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Take and verify field measurements.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, site supervisors, suppliers, and other trades.
• Lead and support installation crews while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Track jobsite progress and communicate updates to company leadership.
• Identify scheduling, labor, and material needs before they become issues.
• Manage punch lists and ensure every project is completed to our high standards.
• Resolve field issues quickly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:
• Construction industry experience required (architectural millwork experience is a major plus).
• Ability to read architectural blueprints and millwork shop drawings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
