About the role

Lead low-voltage crews and oversee multiple projects.

Tasks

• Lead and supervise low-voltage installation crews.
• Coordinate daily work activities across multiple projects.
• Oversee DAS installations and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
• Enforce job site safety standards and procedures.
• Communicate project progress with management and team members.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experienc required.
• Strong low-voltage installation experience.
• Proven experience leading crews of 4 or more workers.
• Experience managing crews across multiple projects.
• DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) experience preferred.
• NICET certification(s) preferred.
• Public Safety DAS experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to travel.
