Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
- CPA candidate preferred (with willingness to pursue certification)
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or management consulting
- Ability to independently review simple financial reports & reconciliations

What You’ll Experience:
- Record transactions, maintain general ledgers, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS/ PFRS)
- Handle account reconciliations, variance analysis, payroll, AP/AR, and tax reconciliation
- Perform internal reviews of simple financial reports and reconcile accounting records
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and management reports
- Strengthen technical competencies, apply financial ratios/KPIs, and stay updated on IFRS/PFRS/ tax regulations
- Utilize ERP, analytics, and cloud accounting tools
- Collaborate with Senior Associates and Managers on client engagements, data gathering, and presentations
- Guide JAs on basic bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance tasks
