🏢 Job DescriptionA well-established insurance agency is seeking an Underwriting Specialist with experience in Employee Benefits and the RFP process. The role involves working with insurance carriers, gathering client information, and preparing cost analysis presentations. Experience with PEOs is a plus.
✅ Responsibilities📋 Gather census, claims, and plan information from clients.📊 Prepare client presentations using Excel and other tools.📨 Submit requests to insurance carriers and manage the RFP process.🤝 Maintain relationships with carrier representatives.📚 Learn and apply industry regulations, including PPACA.
🎯 Requirements & Skills✅ At least 1 year of experience in Employee Benefits or a related field.🗣️ Advanced English (C1) – Required.
