The RoleWe're hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline. You'll prospect, qualify, and book meetings via cold calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn using proven playbooks. High activity, high accountability, built for competitors.

What You BringBased in Colombia (required)Fluent written and spoken English (required)Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or fulfillment (required)1+ years in outbound sales or BD focused on cold outreachProven record of hitting activity and pipeline targetsComfortable with high call volumes and rejectionCRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Self-disciplined, accountable, and results-drivenExperience selling to US businesses and familiarity with ecommerce/Amazon are a plus
