Job description
OPEN POSITION: Junior Designer
Level: 1 to 2 years relevant work experience
Responsibilities:
1. As part of a dedicated design team, you will be contributing actively in the development of concepts and schematic design.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of B.S. Architecture or Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or Equivalent
2. This position requires having an exemplary and extremely efficient 3D modeling skill set. Candidate should be highly skilled in Autocad, Sketchup, and D5 Render.
3. Knowledgeable in Affinity Photo and Publisher.
4. Good oral and written communication skills
5. Knowledge in utilizing AI driven tools to optimize and enhance visualization workflows is a plus
6. Articulates ideas and concepts precisely, comprehensively, and graphically engaging way.
7. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoy contributing to the team, is flexible, and able to set priorities in order to deliver accurately and on time.
