Junior Facilities Engineer

TMX Phils. Inc. is looking for a Facilities Engineer to join our team and help ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our plant facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise Facilities & Maintenance personnel
Oversee preventive maintenance, inspection, repair, and calibration of plant equipment
Ensure reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, and facility systems
Manage spare parts, equipment downtime, and maintenance activities
Monitor maintenance budgets and support cost- and energy-saving initiatives
Plan and lead facility construction, installation, and improvement projects
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
Develop work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation
Promote Safety, 5S, TPM, ISO, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop technical skills through training and cross-training of team members

Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Must be a PRC-licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
Experience in facilities, maintenance, plant engineering, or manufacturing is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of CAD and/or Solid Edge
Knowledge of PLC systems is an advantage
PEE/PME certification is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
Adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
