Job description

Tasks

Troubleshooting software and connectivity issues
Supporting Citrix/thin clients, Office 365 and Teams
Assisting with TruckMate upgrades
Running SQL queries and Crystal Reports

Requirements

1–3 years of IT support/help desk experience (or strong co-op/intern experience)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good knowledge of Windows, basic networking, and hardware
Basic SQL skills (Crystal Reports experience is an asset)
Great communication and customer service skills
