JUNIOR PROJECT ASSOCIATE

Contract of Service, 6-month contract, renewable
Monthly Compensation: ₱42,178 + 20% Premium

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize, coordinate, and attend meetings with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, partners, volunteers, and UP units
• Prepare correspondence and other documents for various stakeholders
• Conduct community profiling and needs assessments
• Prepare project designs and implementation reports
• Facilitate and coordinate training programs
• Implement and monitor approved projects
• Prepare quarterly activity reports required by UP System UP/OC
• Update the unit’s logical framework, Citizen’s Charter, and standard operating procedures
• Attend relevant seminars, trainings, and conferences
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Director

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, 2 years relevant experience, and 16 hours of relevant training.
