Junior Project Coordinator - (NONE I.T.)

About the role

Adventure Loom is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns in its growing Houston operation. This is not an IT or software project management position. Projects focus on customer acquisition, sales and marketing campaigns, client representation, and the teams responsible for delivering them.

The role involves coordinating campaign activity from planning through execution alongside experienced team members. The work is collaborative and includes hands-on coaching, immediate feedback, and interaction across the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization and execution of client campaigns.
• Coordinate between team members, customers, and campaign leadership.
• Track activity, results, and project objectives.
• Help organize schedules, priorities, and daily campaign requirements.
• Participate directly in customer-facing campaign activity.
• Identify problems and help the team implement solutions.
• Learn how campaigns are developed, managed, and expanded.

Requirements
