About the role
Mediatrix is seeking a Junior Radiation Therapy Technologist. The role involves CT simulation, daily treatment procedures, patient communication, physician communications, and positioning.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT simulation and daily treatment procedures.
- Communicate with patients and physicians, and position patients.
- Mold electron blocks and immobilization devices.
- Assist with QA, PMS, and repairs.
Requirements
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology.
- Passed the government license examination for the practice of the profession.
- Strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to multitask and cater to a high-volume workload.
