Junior Staff Accountant

Our client, a renowned design & branding agency, is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their creative team.
This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers and creativity, supporting both the accounting and administrative operations that keep the agency running at its best. You'll work closely with the CFO and be hands-on across payroll, billing, collections, vendor coordination, and office management.

What You'll Do
Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.Assist with payroll processing, billing, collections, and financial controls.Prepare expense reports and vendor documentation.Support monthly and annual close processes.Keep the office running smoothly - supplies, documentation, and vendor coordination.Collaborate with the CFO on reports, reconciliations, and financial support.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.1–2 years of experience in accounting and administrative functions.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.Familiarity with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks , ADP, Alchavo (preferred).Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-driven.Bilingual (English/Spanish).Send your resume to: [email protected]
