Junior Underwriter

REMOTE-BASED JOB OPPORTUNITY
SALARY: USD 1,750/MONTH
WORKING HOURS: SYDNEY TIMEZONE 9AM-6PM / 7AM-4PM PH TIME
Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in underwriting, credit assesment, lending, financial services, or fin tech.
Experience in the Australian financial services or lending market is highly preferred.
Assess and review SME and business loan applications in accordance with company lending policies and risk guidelines.
Analyze applicants' financial information, credit profiles, and supporting documents to determine lending eligibility and potential risks.
Process a high volume of loan applications accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Make sound underwriting recommendations and escalate complex or high-risk applications when necessary.
