Support, Project, Enhancement, and/or POC experience is requiredHand-on experience of integration between Kinaxis and SAP S4 HANA/SAP ECC is highly desirableExperience of collaborating with multiple cross-cultural teams spread across geographies to gather requirements, make design decisions, and for testing and deliveryAbility to work under ambiguous situations, and a drive to bring clarity by working in collaboration with multiple stakeholdersGood time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlinesGood English communication skillsAbility to follows up on cases opened with Kinaxis Support Services to help in resolving defects for the business
Kinaxis-specific descriptionAble to create and modify intermediate RapidResponse resources for end users, including composite worksheets, workbook variables, worksheets for importing data, worksheets for editing grouped data, treemap worksheets and table insert definitions.Have an intermediate understanding of the RapidResponse data model, core analytics, performance tools and query language.
