Key Responsibilities Design and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Foster a positive classroom environment where patience and nurturing are paramount, ensuring each child feels safe and valued. Assess and track student progress through various methods, adapting teaching strategies as necessary to meet individual learning needs. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and overall experience in class. Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to create a cohesive educational program that promotes teamwork and shared responsibilities. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events to enhance your skills and contribute to the school community. Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources to facilitate effective learning experiences. Required and preferred qualifications Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required. Skills: Strong patience and nurturing abilities; effective communication skills; creativity in lesson planning. Experience: Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a formal education setting. Certifications: Any additional certifications related to early childhood education are a plus.
