Part-Time Kindergarten Teacher in Hazratganj, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that meet the developmental needs and learning goals of children.
• Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Conduct regular assessments of students' progress and adapt instructional strategies accordingly.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss children's progress and promote partnership in education.
• Maintain a well-organized classroom supply of educational materials and resources.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall curriculum and participate in team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

Required and preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education is required.
• Proven skills in patience, communication, empathy, adaptability, and engagement with young learners.
• Prior experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and frameworks.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools relevant to teaching.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is an advantage.
