Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative lessons tailored to children’s developmental needs and learning goals.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom that supports children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about children’s progress and support family engagement.
• Organize classroom supplies, educational materials, and learning resources.
• Collaborate with educators on curriculum development and participate in team meetings.
• Take part in professional development to stay current with early childhood education practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education required.
• Patience, communication, empathy, adaptability, and the ability to engage young learners.
• Classroom experience working with children preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education practices and frameworks.
• Proficiency with relevant educational software and teaching tools.
• First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
