Requirements
- Diploma or professional certification in Bakery and Pastry Arts is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of baking techniques, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
- Punctual, disciplined, organised and attentive to detail.
- Ability to follow standardised recipes and processes to ensure consistent quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production kitchen.
Schedule
- Willingness to work weekends and rotational shifts, as required.
- Duration for Internship - 6 Months
- This is an on-site full time paid internship
