Kitchen Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Culinary or a related course
• Proven work experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or a similar position for at least 1-2 years in the hospitality industry
• Can work under pressure and with less supervision
• Proactive and Customer-Oriented Service Mindset
• Knowledgeable of cooking techniques and recipes with profound skills in power/leadership (cooking)
• Well-versed in the food safety and sanitation, in-depth knowledge of food service operations, Strong leadership skills and flexible in any shift
• Willing to be assigned at within Cebu City Restaurant operation stores and other municipalities such as:
PASEO ARCENAS-BANAWA, SM SEASIDE STORES, PAROLA NAGA, LAHUG STORES, PARKMALL, PUEBLO, MACTAN, PAROLA DANAO, CONSOLACION, SUDLON-LAHUG, IL CORSO, PAROLA CORDOVA, ROBINSONS GALLERIA STORES, IT PARK STORE, SM Jmall
