Remote Account Manager – Union, California

BitExplorers is hiring a full-time, remote Account Manager serving clients in Union, California. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and respond promptly to client needs and concerns.
• Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client expectations with service offerings.
• Troubleshoot account management and service delivery issues.
• Report on account performance, client satisfaction, and potential upsell opportunities.
• Work toward client retention and account growth goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Ideally, 2–5 years of account management or related experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to advocate for customer needs.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a responsive approach to client concerns.
• Familiarity with CRM software and related tools.
• Industry-standard certifications are desirable but not required.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Salary: $90,000 per year. This is a full-time remote position based in Union, California.

Reporting and Collaboration

You will report to the Head of Account Management and work closely with cross-functional teams to support client success and account growth.
