DESCRIPTION
• Prepare simple menu items, based on fast-paced kitchen
• Safely operate fryers and other basic kitchen equipment
• Plate food accurately and make sure orders are complete
• Carry food on trays from the kitchen to the main showroom
• Deliver orders to the correct tables quickly and professionally
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to keep order times moving
• Keep the kitchen, prep areas, and work surfaces clean and organized
• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Evening and weekend availability
• Able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift approximately 25–40 pounds
• Comfortable working around hot food and kitchen equipment
• Must follow food-safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
