About the role
ISC - Interconnect Solutions Company is seeking a Kitting Supervisor to lead daily kitting and material fulfillment operations in support of manufacturing production schedules. The role ensures accurate, timely material flow and helps production teams receive the correct materials, quantities, revisions, and documentation.
Established in 1971, ISC - Interconnect Solutions Company has over 50 years of manufacturing experience. Its products are used in commercial and military aircraft, lifesaving medical devices, weapon systems, inflight entertainment, power systems, and commercial, industrial, and technology applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily kitting operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and accurately.
- Oversee kitting personnel, inventory control activities, material staging, and warehouse-related transactions.
- Maintain standards for safety, quality, accountability, and operational performance.
- Help ensure production teams receive the materials, quantities, revisions, and documentation needed to maintain schedule attainment and prevent downtime.
- Partner with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to create standard operating processes, optimize material flow, improve inventory accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
