Helaman Security Agency Inc. is seeking a Lady Guard Receptionist to help ensure the safety and security of personnel and property while providing professional reception and customer service.

Help provide a safe and reverent environment at the House of the Lord. Serve with faith and protect with dedication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle reception duties, including inquiries and incoming calls.
• Maintain visitor records, logs and reports.
• Monitor and report unusual activities or security concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Female applicant and at least a high school graduate.
• Good communication skills.
• With or without experience in a receptionist or customer-service position; the flyer also says applicants must have experience as a receptionist.
• Physically fit and of good moral character.
• Willing to undergo training and able to work on a shifting schedule.
• Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a temple recommend.
