Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lateral Attorney/Partner to join our firm in New York City . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and the ability to bring over a substantial book of business in the Corporate & Financials practice areas. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage client relationships with a focus on business development and retention. Provide innovative and effective legal solutions to complex corporate and financial matters. Drive growth by leveraging a substantial book of business with a minimum target of $1.2 million in annual billings. Inspire and motivate team members through strong leadership and collaboration. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing with relevant bar associations. 8-10+ years of legal experience with demonstrated success in corporate and financial law. Proven ability to generate and sustain a substantial book of business. Excellent legal, analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
