Notarial Lawyer – San Borja, Lima, Peru

Notaria De Vettori is hiring a full-time Lawyer to join its notarial team in San Borja, Lima, Peru. This on-site position is suited to a licensed attorney with proven experience in notarial work and knowledge of current notarial regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Law degree; admitted to the bar and currently authorized to practice.
• Demonstrated experience performing notarial duties.
• Knowledge of current notarial regulations and notary office procedures.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and qualifying legal documents.
• Familiarity with protocol and non-protocol instruments.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
• Verifiable employment references.

Responsibilities

• Review and qualify documents submitted for notarial acts.
• Draft and review legal memoranda, public deeds, and other legal documents.
• Provide guidance and advice on notarial procedures.
• Verify that each transaction meets applicable legal requirements.
• Perform other duties related to the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly pay: 1500.
