Subhodip Ghosh is hiring a Life Insurance Team Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Lead and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors, support their performance, and help individuals and families find life insurance products suited to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop Life Insurance Advisors to build a high-performing team.
• Use motivational strategies to strengthen team engagement and retention.
• Track individual and team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead regular team meetings to share goals, performance updates, and best practices.
• Oversee insurance documentation and compliance processes.
• Coach team members and support their professional development.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and team achievements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Leadership experience in team management or sales.
• Strong recruitment, training, and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with performance management and documentation processes.
• Three to five years of experience in life insurance or financial services.
• Industry-standard life insurance certifications are preferred but not required.
