In this client-focused insurance sales role, you will help individuals understand their coverage needs and choose life and health insurance solutions that support their financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships by listening carefully and communicating effectively about insurance needs.
- Present life and health insurance products through client meetings, presentations, and sales calls.
- Prepare and submit insurance applications in accordance with company policies and requirements.
- Help clients compare coverage options and select plans suited to their circumstances.
- Review client policies periodically and identify changing coverage needs.
- Stay informed about insurance products, industry practices, and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to support a smooth client experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional education in business or finance is an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant sales experience in insurance or a similar field.
- Demonstrated sales ability; insurance sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Life and health insurance licenses or relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
