Lead Business (Data & Reporting) Analyst

Tasks

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and current-state/future-state analysis.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business, data, reporting, and non-functional requirements.
• Define KPIs, scorecards, business metrics, semantic-model requirements, and reporting standards.
• Create epics, user stories, process models, data mappings, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead data validation, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and reporting-quality activities.
• Partner with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and BI Developers to deliver implementable solutions.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, traceability, and business sign-off.
• Support backlog refinement, release planning, reporting governance, and analyst mentoring.

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 5+ years supporting or leading Reporting& Analytics programs
• Strong experience working between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
