Job description
Bayou Bistro Food Truck & Catering is growing and looking for a dependable, experienced Lead Chef to join our team!
We’ve been serving Arizona for 13 years through food trucks, catering, festivals, private events, and community partnerships.
Pay: $19.50–$22.50/hr
Based on experience
We’re looking for someone who can:
✅ Lead kitchen prep & food production
✅ Maintain quality, taste & presentation
✅ Help manage inventory & supplies
✅ Support food truck, catering & event operations
✅ Lead and work well with a team
✅ Maintain a clean, food-safe kitchen
Big Plus:
Creole/Cajun • BBQ Smoking/Grilling • Catering • Food Truck Experience
🚚 Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel.
