Discount AC & Refrigeration of Phoenix is hiring a full-time Lead HVAC and Refrigeration Technician in Glendale, Arizona. This hands-on leadership role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems; troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment; and mentoring technicians. Annual compensation is $100,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems.
- Perform electrical and refrigeration diagnostics.
- Lead, guide, and mentor technicians in technical work.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
