About the role
Eastman is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and results oriented Lead Civil/Structural Engineer to join its Corporate Engineering team. The role leads execution of Civil/Structural engineering scope with local and remote design teams for large capital projects during Pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Design phases.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute Civil/Structural engineering scope for large capital projects during Pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Design phases.
- Develop and implement project-specific Civil/Structural engineering execution plans for efficient and effective project execution.
- Lead a project team of engineers and designers, applying Civil/Structural engineering principles and practices and chemical industry experience.
- Collaborate with engineering disciplines, project managers, operations and procurement, as well as other stakeholders, to support seamless project execution.
