Lead Data Scientist

Tasks

• Lead the development, validation, and production deployment of advanced machine learning models.
• Build and deploy production-grade GenAI/LLM solutions, including RAG, agentic AI, and NLP applications.
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Work with complex healthcare datasets, including clinical, EHR/EMR, claims, patient, and population health data.
• Mentor data scientists and influence technical strategy and modeling decisions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Data Science experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in machine learning modeling and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated experience deploying GenAI/LLM solutions into production.
• Substantive healthcare Data Science experience.
• Experience with model validation, deployment, monitoring, and productionization.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related STEM field; master’s degree preferred.
• U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.
• Candidates must demonstrate the combination of healthcare Data Science, advanced machine learning, production GenAI/LLMs, and technical leadership.
