Lead Developer/Technical Lead

(USA Requirement)
We're Hiring: Lead Developer / Technical Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)
Key Skills & Requirements:
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Figma-to-code development.
Backend: TypeScript, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, Step Functions, and DynamoDB.
AI Engineering: Claude, AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, RAG, LLM applications, prompt engineering, and AI guardrails.
DevOps: GitHub Actions, AWS CDK, CI/CD, and automated testing.
AI-Assisted Coding: Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
Architecture: Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API design, and event-driven architecture.
Leadership: Experience leading teams of 8–20 engineers while remaining hands-on with development.
Agile Delivery: Strong collaboration, mentoring, and technical decision-making skills.
Good to Have:
Financial services experience, including digital banking, brokerage, or wealth management.
Knowledge of KYC/CIP, payments, and regulatory compliance.
Voice AI experience with Amazon Connect, Lex, or speech-to-text services.
Consulting or multi-vendor delivery experience.
Work Mode: Full-time onsite in Atlanta, GA. Flexibility to work additional hours when required is expected, with compensation for extra hours.
