Lead European Automotive Diagnostic Technician

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues. Work with European makes including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, and Mini. Use factory-level diagnostic software and advanced scan tools. Interpret fault codes, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer repair information. Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting. Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI). Perform road tests before and after repairs. Handle mechanical repairs and maintenance as needed. Document diagnostic findings and completed repairs. Requirements include 3–5+ years of recent European automotive repair and diagnostic experience, strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills, experience with advanced scan tools and factory technical databases, previous European specialty shop, independent repair facility, or dealership experience, own well-stocked professional toolbox, ASE certifications preferred, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
