About the role

build and operate a production Temporal-based internal shared service.

Requirements

5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift
Experience with Temporal or comparable workflow engines such as CadenceStrong Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD / GitOps / IaC experience
Enterprise SSO, Identity Providers, RBAC, service identities amp; access controlsProduction Prometheus, Grafana amp; OpenTelemetry
Strong distributed systems and durable-data knowledgeGo proficiency
Experience with cloud platforms, networking, private connectivity amp; managed services
Experience operating multi-tenant shared platformsStrong reliability, security, backup/recovery and performance knowledge
Experience establishing on-call and incident-response practices
A hands-on platform/infrastructure leader who can independently establish the hosting, connectivity, identity, automation, observability, security, reliability, and operational foundation for a production distributed platform.

Schedule

Remote / Hybrid - candidates should be able to travel onsite occasionally to Atlanta, GA; Bloomington, IL; Richardson, TX; or Phoenix, AZ as needed
