Minimum: 10+ years in software testing and automation• Relevant SME Experience: 5–7 years Manual testing with healthcare•
Preferred: 2–3 years in Practice Management(hospital management system) and managing test strategy and deliveryMandatory Skills• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing of Healthcare domain• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)• Solid understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills• Experience in leading small teams and managing test deliverables• API testing experience using RestAssured or PostmanGood to Have Skills• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)• Familiarity with cloud-based test execution platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)• ISTQB or equivalent certificationJob DescriptionThe Team Lead – responsible for leading the QA efforts for the project.This role requires strong technical expertise in manual testing, along with leadership capabilities to guide a team of automation engineers.The candidate will oversee framework development, test execution, and integration with CI/CD pipelines, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.Roles and Responsibilities• Manage and mentor a team of test engineers• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely execution• Review and optimize test scripts for performance and reliability• Track and report test coverage, defects, and quality metrics• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and coding standards• Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative testing solutions.
