Responsibilities

• Operate M&R Sportsman automatic presses.
• Set up and register jobs accurately.
• Maintain exceptional print quality and consistency.
• Lead by example on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot and solve production challenges.
• Help the team meet production goals while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Experience operating automatic screen printing presses.
• Understanding of registration, ink management, flashing, and production efficiency.
• Take ownership of your work, arrive on time, and work hard every day.
• Experience with M&R Sportsman presses, Saati LTS Imaging System, Tri-Loc Registration, or specialty inks including puff, metallics, and high-density printing is a bonus.
