When a business problem or technology initiative is assigned to them, they organize the right people, establish a plan, identify obstacles, communicate clearly, and drive the initiative through completion. They are comfortable moving between strategic and tactical responsibilities — presenting a technology roadmap to senior leadership in one meeting and working directly with a vendor or employee to solve an implementation issue in the next. They are curious about technology and enthusiastic about the opportunities created by artificial intelligence and automation, but they are equally focused on execution. They understand that successful technology is not simply about selecting the right software; it is about improving processes, gaining employee adoption, maintaining high-quality data, and producing measurable business results.Above all, this individual will bring accountability, organization, urgency, and follow-through to Horvath & Tremblay's technology initiatives as the firm continues to grow nationally.
