Tasks

• Building, architecting, and designing production-grade applications
• Providing technical guidance to development teams

Requirements

• 10+
• Advanced Core Java, concurrency, collections, and JVM fundamentals
• Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and API security
• Apache Kafka - partitioning, consumer groups, retries, and message ordering
• AWS cloud services, Terraform, Grafana, and Splunk
• System design, application scalability, performance optimization, and resiliency
• Agentic AI development using models such as Claude and GPT
• CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding, and production troubleshooting
• Technical leadership, architecture ownership, code reviews, and mentoring
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate real-world Agentic AI workflows, tool integration, state management, failure handling, and evaluation strategies.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering practices and end-to-end SDLC ownership is highly desirable.

Pay

• Rate: $80/hr on W2
